Do girls like it when you tickle them and pull their bra strap?

I have friends in my class which are both girls and boys. The boys are always tickleing the girls and pulling their bra strap. Should I do this to? I dont at the point now because Im not sure if they like it. The girls dont seem to get mad about it.
