What is the name of the band in a samurai’s hair? The tall metal-ish hair tie?
I am making a cosplay costume, and I’ve been looking for one that looks good. We had planned on making one, but it would look kind of plain, and I wanted a decorative one that looks really good.
They are usually a couple inches tall and make the samurai’s hair stand up taller in the ponytail. I have searched EVERYWHERE for one, but since I do not know the name of it, it is hard to find an answer.
So if anyone could help me try to figure it out, it would be wonderful!

They used to sell them in the late 80′s or early 90′s. The ones we had were made of plastic and clipped around the ponytail. You might find one on Ebay. I looked up “Ponytail clip” and found a couple that looked promising!
