Would it be suitable to wear a fascinator instead of a hat to Henley Royal Regatta Stewards enclosure?

I am going to wear a flower patterned halter red and white dress with a red pashmina. I’m short so hats make me look smaller – would a fascinator be acceptable?

A fascinator is totally acceptable for the Steward’s Enclosure – if you check out the Regatta website they even have a section selliing them:
