Does anyone possibly know the designer of this dress? (description)?

It was probably a high end bridal designer, but I don’t know. I saw the picture in a magazine. It was white, trumpet style, and had a rose radiating out from the hip area. It wasn’t lots of little roses, it was just one big one, and the entire dress had layers of petals.
I know this is a long shot, but I really want to find it It was so beautiful!
