Is this .82 Princess cut ring a good deal?

I have been looking all over for the right engagement ring and finally found one in mu budget that I think it big and of great quality, can you give me feedback on this?

No its definately not an enhanced diamond, I made sure of that…It has the papers too. This is a diamond broker so I got it at wholesale. Im really excited about the deal I got.

sounds like its is too good to be true…are you sure the clarity is IF(interanlly flawless)? that price sounds more like an I1(included) price. if it is IF…what a steal! ask if it has been clarity enhanced, if it has, that would explain the low, low price.
